Australia's Bridges: Goodwill Bridge across the Brisbane River in Queensland (2)

March 2011 (-27.481 deg., 153.029 deg.) Goodwill Bridge

In this photo, the Goodwill Bridge is slightly darker than the buildings and the Captain Cook Bridge behind it so it's hard to make out. A 1480 ft long pedestrian bridge is really thin, so the arch and the rail are the only things that are clearly visible. If there was just blue sky behind the bridge it might be easier to see.

This satellite view below (from Google Earth) gives more information about the bridge. We can see  the bridge going under the Captain Cook Bridge on the north end and the large pavilion at the center of the bridge. The bridge provides several rest areas where bicyclists and pedestrians can enjoy looking at the river.
